Do I have to pay a fee to purchase tickets or other products from LiftTickets.com?
As of now, you'd don't have to pay any processing fee to purchase Lift Tickets or other products from LiftTickets.com.
What happens if I can't make it to the resort on the day I have my tickets for?
For tickets and other items purchased that have a specific day assigned to them, you will only be able to use that ticket on that day.
Can I cancel my purchase, get a refund, or exchange my ticket?
Sorry, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to resort restrictions.
How/when/where do I pick up my tickets?
In most cases, you pick up your tickets at the resorts ticket window or guest services counter. Each resort is different so please read the pick up instructions on your purchase receipt.
What do I need to bring when I pickup my tickets?
You will need to bring valid photo ID to pick up your tickets.
How come there are no tickets available for certain resorts, products, or dates?
We currently only offer lift tickets and other products from resorts that have partnered with us. We're working hard every day to add more resorts to our system.
The resorts that partner with LiftTickets.com have the ability to restrict certain products, dates, and quantities.
Should I purchase my tickets now or wait?
Resorts have the ability to list their products on LiftTickets.com at different price points. The price you see on LiftTickets.com is the lowest price we have the ticket available for at that moment. Once the quantity is sold out, the system automatically starts selling the higher priced ticket. Therefore, it's best to purchase sooner rather than later, because it's likely the price will increase when the lower priced inventory sells out.
Can I purchase child tickets?
It's up to the resort whether they wish to load ticket inventory for specific age groups. If you click on a price on LiftTickets.com, the page that comes up will indicate whether a non-adult ticket is available for purchase and what that price of it is.
Are there any taxes on the products sold on LiftTickets.com?
In most cases, any taxes are built right into the price of the ticket. In some cases, you will see a separate tax amount on the checkout page of the shopping cart.
How secure is my personal information? What is your privacy policy?
Your personal information is secure with LiftTickets.com. In fact, we only save your basic contact info (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and skier/rider names). We do not save your credit card information right now. We take your privacy very serviously. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. The only information we provide to the ski resort is the names you assign to each item so they can verify it's you when you pick it up.
